ABOUT
Eric + Addie is made up of two musicians who have grown from two different backgrounds in music. They come together to showcase how beautiful blending the lines of genres can be. They had been playing together off and on for about a year back in 2019, and decided to make the group official in the early fall of 2020. They have played at venues all across VA, NC, and TN, together showing off their instrumental, vocal, and songwriting abilities. Both have grown up writing, and you can hear in their music how important sharing their original music with the world really is. With their low key folk feel, a drive of bluegrass behind it, and the smooth melodies of blues, these two are sure to play something that connects with every member of the audience.
Addie Levy has grown up singing in church, and found the joy of playing instruments at the age of 10. After taking up guitar, she shortly after found the mandolin. Addie joined her first bluegrass band and at the age of 10 and hasn’t stopped since. She has traveled all around VA, TN, and NC playing at venues like the Floyd Country Store, IBMA, Merlefest, Northern Indiana Bluegrass Festival, the OBX Bluegrass festival and countless others. She released two albums with her bands before the age of 18. The album with Gate 10, Play Another Round, featured multiple songs she co-wrote or wrote for the band. For 6 years, Addie has been performing as a roaming musician at Dollywood. She has also worked for the city of Gatlinburg for the program Tunes and Tales performing on the streets for visitors. She hopes to continue playing and sharing both her original music and the stories of the past for years to come.

Eric Pratt is a multi-instrumental singer-songwriter from Draper VA. He entered the music scene in 2015 with The Pratt Brothers, a country cover band, as lead guitarist. Since then he has broadened his interests, education, and experience to many different genres relevant to Appalachia and beyond, from old time classics with rich stories to modern folk that pushes boundaries. Beginning with the guitar, Eric quickly familiarized himself with 8 different instruments and enjoys bringing many of them to the stage. He currently plays in the Americana/folk duo Eric+Addie, performing across Virginia, North Carolina, and Tennessee
